Okay is a daily affirmations app that delivers positive statements through in-app browsing, push notifications, and widgets. The App is available for iOS devices and is developed by Hergenroeder Technologies LLC.
The App offers both free and premium content. Free users have access to a selection of affirmation categories, themes, and limited daily notifications. Premium subscribers gain access to all categories, all themes, unlimited notifications, and additional features.
Okay offers auto-renewable monthly and annual subscriptions, as well as a one-time lifetime purchase. Current pricing is displayed in the App before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your device Settings, tapping your name, then Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

By downloading, installing, or using Okay ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
All content, design, and code within the App are the property of Hergenroeder Technologies LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without written permission.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to access features or content without proper authorization or payment.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hergenroeder Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
